Tokumanjiri Hinomoto Brewery will make its first sponsorship appearance at Jimo Fes - ``Jimo to Goen o Musubu``. According to the event organizer, the festival will be held on August 10 and 11, 2026 at Shibuya Cast Garden in Tokyo, with free admission. Visitors will be able to enjoy food, drinks, and merchandise booths alongside the brewery's Tottori-made beers.

The brewery is a small operation in Kotoura, Tottori. Its official site says each brew is about 300 liters, and that brewing began in 2022 in a renovated former beverage plant. The brewery focuses on local ingredients and recipes that fit the season, building a style rooted in place rather than scale. In 2026, its flagship `Byaku` won a bronze medal at the Japan Great Beer Awards.

The three beers being offered are `Byaku (White) Milk Ale`, `Shizuku Sour Ale`, and `Fig Leaf Ale`. `Byaku` is made with skim milk powder and is known for its soft mouthfeel and milky finish. `Shizuku` is a yuzu-based sour ale with gentle acidity that works well with food. `Fig Leaf Ale` is described as having a fresh fig-leaf aroma and a subtle herbal character.

This collaboration fits the festival's theme, "linking hometowns and connections," well. For beer fans, it is a chance to taste how Tokumanjiri Hinomoto Brewery translates Kotoura's local character into beer.
