An original beer joins the lineup

Givet Craft Beer & Spanish in Shinagawa has begun selling Stay foolish's original craft beer from June. The beer name is Buleria (Burelia) Hazy IPA. In the post, Buleria is introduced as a reference to a flamenco style, giving the release a clear Spanish connection.

The beer is described as a Hazy IPA with a smooth mouthfeel, firm bitterness, and a juicy tropical-fruit character, followed by a long hop finish. It is the kind of beer that can be enjoyed on its own, but also shows its appeal when paired with food.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of Garden City Shinagawa Gotenyama, within walking distance of Shinagawa Station. Its spacious one-floor layout and private rooms make it suitable for solo drinks, dinner with coworkers, or an easy stop after work. The beer selection is built around craft beer, with eight taps available, along with Spanish wines and beers.

On the food side, the menu centers on Spanish dishes such as paella, Iberico pork, and tapas. That makes the new Hazy IPA easy to place alongside both small plates and more substantial dishes. The post also notes that Buleria can be tasted only at three affiliated locations.

For drinkers looking for a post-work stop in Shinagawa, the combination of Spanish food, a roomy bar setting, and an original house beer gives the restaurant a clear point of interest.
