Niiza Craft has announced its participation in SLOW WEEKEND with MUSE, a beer garden event taking place at Tokorozawa Civic Cultural Centre Muse on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, 2026. The event will run from 11:00 to 20:00 on both days, with free admission. The venue is approximately a 10-minute walk from Kōkūen Station.

For the weekend, the quiet plaza at Muse will be transformed into a temporary “beachside” setting, offering music, carefully prepared food, craft beer and shopping. The event is designed as a relaxed place to spend time with family, friends or someone special while enjoying an early autumn weekend.

Niiza Craft was launched in July 2021 in Niiza, Saitama, with the aim of contributing to the local community through beer. The brand began brewing at its own facility in Niiza in 2023 and currently produces beers including NAKAJI’S IPA, NAKAJI’S PALE ALE, NAKAJI’S HELLES and NAKAJI’S WEIZEN.

Its brewing philosophy is closely tied to the area. Depending on the season, Niiza Craft uses leaves from locally grown carrots as a brewing ingredient. The leaves are often removed before shipment, so repurposing them helps reduce food waste while adding a gentle herbal and vegetable character to the beer. The brewery also grows hops beside its facility and is working toward an “All Niiza” beer made with ingredients grown entirely in the city.

Details of the beers and serving lineup for the event have not yet been announced. For beer fans in the Seibu Line area, however, SLOW WEEKEND with MUSE will be a chance to discover Niiza-made beer alongside food, music and a laid-back outdoor atmosphere.
