This week's HAKOFUNE

Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE in Mizunami, Gifu announced its schedule for Friday, July 3 (18:00-22:00), Saturday, July 4 (12:00-22:00), and Sunday, July 5 (12:00-19:00). No event is planned this week; the pub will operate as usual, and the draft lineup is built around Camado Brewery beers.

The core taps are `YURU Red Tea Red Ale`, `EX. Schwarz`, and `OFF BELAY Hazy Pale Ale`. It is a range that moves from malt-forward and roasty to hop-aromatic and easy to drink, making the list approachable for regulars and still interesting for people looking for something different.

Two taps were rotated: `Anky Lager` gave way to `Fond de White`, a Belgian White, while `Kiln Ash` was replaced by the new `Escape the Routine`, a West Coast IPA. Another standout is `Baker's Brew #0 Prologue (Barrel-Aged Ver.)`, a 10.0% barrel-aged bread-yeast Belgian tripel that looks best as a slower-paced finish.

The post also notes that YURU remained popular from the previous week, and recommends pairing it with Kamado Pan's rustic loaf with black tea and white chocolate. Food can be brought in, and table seating for groups of up to 16 is reservation-priority, which fits the venue's relaxed brewpub style.
