Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE, a brewpub attached to the Camado Brewery facility in Kamadocho, Mizunami, Gifu, has announced its latest tap list. The lineup combines fresh draft beer with seasonal Japanese ingredients and a wide range of brewing styles.

The six beers are Anky Lager, Natsuzora Sansho Ale, Kawachi Bankan Sour, Light the Kiln On Fire IPA, Discovery#1 High Aroma Hazy IPA, and Junmai Plum Brut IPA. Anky Lager offers a clean, easy-drinking profile, while Natsuzora Sansho Ale highlights the fresh, green aroma of Japanese sansho pepper. Kawachi Bankan Sour brings citrus character and refreshing acidity. The IPA and hazy IPA provide hop-focused options, and the brut IPA uses fully ripened plums from Kamadocho for a dry, fruit-forward finish.

With lager, sour ale, IPA, hazy IPA, and brut IPA all represented, the list is well suited to a tasting flight. Guests can compare not only styles but also the distinct contributions of sansho pepper, Kawachi Bankan citrus, and ripe plum.

HAKOFUNE serves its beers in Mino-yaki cups developed with local ceramic artists. The brewpub has six counter seats and sixteen indoor seats, along with food such as smoked mixed nuts, smoked pickles with cream cheese, beer-braised Bono pork, and keema curry. It is located at 3154-3 Kamadocho, Mizunami, Gifu. Tap availability may change, so checking the brewery’s official updates before visiting is recommended.
