Two Days to Enjoy AJB Beer in Hakuba

Anglo Japanese Brewing (AJB) will be exhibiting at "Craft Beer Marche in Hakuba," held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 12:00 to 21:00 and Sunday, June 7, from 10:00 to 16:00. The venue is Wahara Grand in the Iida district of Hakuba Goryu, and admission is free. Beer will be sold by ticket, while other vendors will accept cash, according to the announcement.

AJB is a brewery based in Nozawaonsen Village, Nagano Prefecture, which launched in 2014. Using the abundant spring water of Nozawaonsen and carefully selected ingredients from around the world, it has become known for taking on a wide range of styles, from IPAs to sours and barrel-aged beers. In 2017, the brewery renovated a former nursery school and expanded its brewing facilities, and in 2019 it also installed oak foeders. In addition to brewing, it has been putting effort into expressing barrel aging.

This post introduces AJB's history and its approach to craft beer, while also highlighting that its beers can be enjoyed at the Hakuba event. What kind of pours will the Nozawaonsen brewery bring to a mountain event space? This is an exhibit worth checking out at the venue.
