Beer Cafe Ninkasi, a beer pub in Kunitachi, Tokyo, tapped Nara Brewing's "Timur" on July 15, 2026. The beer is an amber lager brewed with timur pepper from Nepal, created in collaboration with the modern Nepalese restaurant OLD NEPAL TOKYO. According to the brewery's description, it balances malt sweetness and hop bitterness, then adds citrus-like aromatics and a lingering spicy tingle. It is designed to pair well with food, and only one keg is available, so it is best tried early.
