On June 17, 2026, Beer Cafe Ninkasi introduced T.Y.HARBOR Brewery’s Imperial Stout as a guest beer. The post title, “T.Y. Harbor / Imperial Stout,” points to a dark beer release aimed squarely at stout drinkers.

According to T.Y.HARBOR Brewery’s official lineup, Imperial Stout is a dark ale with the depth of roasted malt, a creamy body, and flavors reminiscent of coffee and caramel. It is also noted for a firm bitterness, giving it the kind of structure that stout fans tend to look for.

Ninkasi opened in January 2016 as the second location of Kunitama Gambrinus. The beer pub sits about a two-minute walk from Yaho Station’s north exit, at the edge of a residential neighborhood in Kunitachi, Tokyo. Inside, it offers 10 draft craft beers, three draft wines, and around 10 bottled wines. The room has six counter seats and 14 table seats, with no smoking, no cover charge, free Wi-Fi, and a child-friendly policy.

Hours are 6:00 p.m. to midnight Tuesday through Friday, and 4:00 p.m. to midnight on Saturdays and Sundays. It is a practical stop for anyone looking to spend an evening with a well-defined imperial stout.
