Six New TAROS Brewing Arrivals at Nomimono-ya, a Hazy IPA-Heavy Lineup
A new arrival from TAROS Brewing has landed at the beer pub Nomimono-ya in Busshozan-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. Centered on Hazy IPA, six beers ranging from Double IPA to sour ale are lined up, with service planned for April 26 and April 30.

Built around Strata as the key hop, with Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Citra, and Amarillo. Sweet citrus, pineapple, and mango aromas are layered over silky sweetness and gentle bitterness.
- TEMPEST / Double IPA / 7.5%
NZ Cascade, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Mosaic, and Chinook. A classic IPA with caramel-like malt character, aromas evoking peach, pear, and amber candy, and a crisp, defined bitterness.
- As You Feel / TDH Hazy IPA / 6.0%
Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Cryo Citra, and Strata. Notes of Sauvignon Blanc, citrus, and ripe pineapple. With a grist of 20% oats and 40% wheat, its haze and mouthfeel are also highlights.
- INNOCENCE2026 / Sour Ale with Chamomile, Lemon / 6.0%
Made with lemon, chamomile, honey, and brown sugar. Features aromas reminiscent of a spring flower field, moderate acidity, and a sharp finish.
- TOPOLOGY / DDH Hazy IPA / 7.0%
Cryo Citra, Galaxy, and Cryo Mosaic. Ripe mango, passion fruit, and grapefruit aromas come forward. This is the 10th batch, with Galaxy used a little more heavily to deepen the aroma.
- AWAKENING / TDH Hazy IPA / 6.0%
Cryo Centennial, Cryo Citra, and Simcoe. Grapefruit, pine resin, and dank aromas spread out, all wrapped up in a clean finish.
