Baeren Brewery’s N Classic Now Available on Draft at Schmatz Locations
Baeren Brewery has announced that its N Classic draft beer is now being served at Schmatz, the German-inspired restaurant and craft beer group. The beer is available at participating locations other than the Sapporo restaurant, expanding access to Baeren’s award-winning lager.
Baeren Brewery, based in Shizukuishi, Iwate, has announced that its N Classic draft beer is now available at Schmatz restaurants, known for pairing German food with craft beer. The offer applies to Schmatz locations other than the Sapporo restaurant.
N Classic is the second Baeren draft beer to appear at Schmatz, following TG Pilsner, which was served in July. According to the brewery’s announcement, N Classic received a “Finest Beer” award at an international competition in Germany.
The beer is described as a classic German lager built around a balanced combination of malt richness and hop bitterness. Rather than relying on intense fruitiness or an aggressively modern profile, it highlights the craftsmanship and traditional brewing methods associated with German lager brewing. Served fresh from the tap, it is positioned as a natural match for Schmatz’s German-style cuisine.
Baeren Brewery brings German brewing traditions together with its base in Shizukuishi, Iwate. The collaboration gives drinkers an opportunity to experience one of the brewery’s signature lager styles in a restaurant setting designed around German food and beer pairings.
Availability may vary by location and timing, so customers are advised to contact their preferred Schmatz restaurant before visiting. The announcement notes that the Sapporo location is excluded from the current offering.
