taki, a beer pub in Shibuya’s Sakuragaoka district, is holding its 15th-anniversary event. The venue is on the 3rd floor of the Shibuya Johnson Building and operates as a Japanese Beer & Sake Dining spot.

The day’s tap list featured three beers. The main beer is Matsue Beer Hearn’s Weizen, a wheat beer brewed only with German ingredients. It comes in at 6.0% ABV and 8 IBU, with a banana-like aroma and a notably gentle bitterness. The post highlights it as a beer that pairs well with Japanese food, which fits the restaurant’s style.

The lineup also includes HIGHBURY × BAEREN’s LEMENBRAU and T.Y.Harbor Brewery’s Sansho Jasmine. With a soft Weizen at the center and two more distinct guest beers alongside it, the tap list is built for an easy comparison of different profiles.

According to the post, the venue was open from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, with last food orders at 11:00 p.m. and last drink orders at 11:30 p.m. For a milestone year, taki offers exactly the kind of calm, food-friendly beer stop that makes a pint-by-pint tasting worthwhile.
