The Koenji brewpub "And Beer" announced that it will be open continuously from 11:30 to 22:00 on Thursday, April 23. Lunch will run from 11:30 to 15:00, the idle time slot from 15:00 to 17:00, and dinner from 17:00 to 22:00. Beer takeout will be available from 10:00 to 22:00, with support for PET bottles, plastic cups, and growlers.

For food that day, the dinner biryani will be "Shrimp, bamboo shoot, and butterbur sprout miso biryani." Curries will start with two varieties, "Gujo miso keema" and "sag duck keema," and dinner recommendations also include "strawberries with prosciutto and mascarpone," "sweet and sour pork with braised pork belly in black vinegar," "Kesennuma oysters mini gratin," and "Chicken 65." It is an easy lineup to build a meal around with beer.

The recommended beer is "AND TAMIRU TADESSE- COFFEE ALE-." Introduced as a collaboration with Coffee Wrights, it uses Ethiopian coffee "Tamiru Tadesse Murago." It is brewed with an emphasis on the harmony between the coffee's aroma and the malt's roasted character, and can be enjoyed both by drinking it through a pint and by slowly following how it changes as it warms.

The terrace seats are also pet-friendly for dogs and cats. Takeout and Uber Eats are available too, making it a casually accessible brewpub in the spirit of Koenji, with the option not only to enjoy a drink on-site but also to take it home and savor it slowly.
