A day in May in Naha where you can move between the festival and the taproom

HEAVY SASORI BREWING is a brewpub in Makishi, Naha, Okinawa. In its post, the brewery announced its first booth at the "Champloo Festival 2026 Spring" at Saion Square, held from May 2 to 4, while also sharing information about its 5/3.sun 17:00-24:00 business hours. The highlight this time is that you can follow craft beer both at the festival venue and at the shop.

One of this place's strengths is being able to drink freshly brewed beer on site. According to the post, the original beers brewed in-house are available for takeout, and happy hour is held every day. For the first two hours after opening, you can try the staff's recommended beers at a good price. Located near Kokusai Street and within walking distance of Makishi Station, it is an easy stop for a drink on the way back from the festival.

On tap are "MARKEE?She is Home." a West Coast IPA, "Daywalk Porter" a Session Porter, "Oh One Minute" a Spiced Ale, and "Slow Daze" a DDH IPA. The guest slot also includes BREAK EDGE BEER WORKS' "Freak Hazy IPA", giving the lineup a wide range from aromatic IPAs to roast-forward porters. The food menu includes items that pair well with beer, such as brown sugar terrine chocolat and hot tortillas, making it a lineup suited both to casual drinks and to settling in for a longer stay. The shop has around 24 seats, so you can comfortably enjoy an in-house brewed pint without any stiffness.
