AIM Brew LAB., the small craft brewery operating by Lake Saiko in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi, has announced a new beer called #5 PROVE ahead of its second anniversary. The brewery works out of a renovated old house and runs a taproom-cafe alongside its brewing space.

The new limited release is an Apricot Juicy Ale with the following specs:

- ABV: 6%
- HOPS: Amarillo, Azacca, El Dorado, Citra, and more

According to the brewer's note, the beer layers bright aromatic hops with rich apricot aroma and juicy fruit character, then finishes with a soft mouthfeel, a hint of acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste. The label is also described as a 2nd-anniversary design, making this a release tied directly to the brewery's milestone.

In the same Instagram post, AIM Brew LAB. said it will simplify its permanent lineup by keeping THE BEGINNING as its only flagship beer, while pushing seasonal and experimental recipes more actively going forward. That shift suggests a brewery leaning further into flexibility and small-batch expression as it approaches its second year.

Using local water from the Fuji area and a small-scale brewing setup, AIM Brew LAB. has built a place where locals and travelers can gather around beer. #5 PROVE fits that identity well: a limited beer that marks the anniversary while pointing toward the brewery's next phase.
