On August 3, AIM Brew LAB. announced the release of its new beer, #8 IMMORTAL. The label uses a sunset over Lake Saiko, aiming for a calm afterglow that mirrors the light slowly sinking behind the mountain ridge.
The beer is a hazy pale ale with juicy aromas reminiscent of mango and pineapple, plus a bright citrus touch like lime. While it leans tropical, the sweetness is kept in check, making it easy to keep drinking. The brewery says it focused on balance and drinkability, especially for the hot season.
