Persona brewery, a brewpub in Asahi, Kofu, Yamanashi, has begun previewing its event lineup on Instagram. In the post, the brewery says it will rotate 24 offerings over 10 days, and has now introduced the first four taps from the opening weekend block.

The four beers are Baby Weizen, a Weizen; Ninohori Amber, an American Amber; Little Fox, a session IPA; and Hanakanmuri, a sake-kasu IPA. The range is broad, moving from an easy-drinking wheat beer to a malt-forward amber, a hop-driven session IPA, and a collaboration-style beer built around Japanese sake lees.

- Baby Weizen: A Weizen with a soft, foamy character and a personality that can shift slightly with each brew.
- Ninohori Amber: A house standard named after the Ninohori moat on the south side of Kofu Castle. It balances toasted malt depth and American hop aroma.
- Little Fox: A lighter session IPA with bright hop aroma and a restrained ABV, designed to be easy to reach for another glass.
- Hanakanmuri: A sake-kasu IPA created through a connection with Taikan Shuzo in Minami-Alps City. Its third-year form brings together gentle umami, ginjo-like aroma, and IPA-style hop character.

The post also hints at the next set of beers, saying that taps 5 through 8 will follow, including the partner beer Kurokanmuri and another talked-about acai beer. It is a straightforward lineup announcement, but it shows how Persona brewery mixes core house beers with locally rooted collaborations. The post closes with, “See you at the beer fest,” making the event focus clear.
