Persona brewery, a brewpub in Asahi, Kofu City, Yamanashi, posted an Instagram update about preparations for Beer Fest Kofu. The post introduced the final four taps in its 24-beer lineup, showing a range that moves from roasty dark beer to fruit-driven seasonal releases.

The four beers

- Mayonaka no Persona / Porter
A porter with coffee- and cacao-like roasted malt aromas and a soft mouthfeel. The brewery describes it as a beer you can sip slowly, almost like enjoying iced coffee on a hot day.
- Amanatsu Saison / Saison
A saison built around the freshness of amanatsu citrus. The beer layers bright citrus character with coriander-like spice, then finishes dry and light, making it an easy fit for summer drinking.
- Momoiro / Sour Ale
A summer-only sour ale brewed with Kawakami-jima white peaches from Mukoyama Farm in Yamanashi City. It combines floral ripe-peach aroma with lively sourness, keeping the beer bright without becoming overly sweet.
- La Source Violette / Grape Ale
The closing beer in the lineup uses Muscat Bailey A grapes from Yamanashi, sourced through Spring Wine. The result is a grape ale with red-wine-like aromatics, gentle fruit character, and a limited release that will sell out once it is gone.

The post also says the 24 beers will be served in three separate lineups at the festival, with the staff pouring each glass carefully. For drinkers heading to the event, the appeal is not just variety but the way Persona brewery ties local fruit, seasonal character, and its own brewing style into a single lineup.
