15brewery (Fifteen Brewery), located in Horiuchi, Hayama Town, Miura District, Kanagawa Prefecture, announced its tap lineup as of Friday, May 22. The standing bar is currently closed, and only by-weight sales are available. Beer is sold as a full container in a sealable bottle brought by the customer, and carbonated PET bottles and glass bottles with screw caps can also be used.

This day's lineup ranges widely from Belgian-style beers to IPAs and fruit-forward brews. At the center are two beers made with baguettes from Miura Bakery Mitsumugi as part of the ingredients: “Wheat Land” is a light-drinking beer made with a generous amount of wheat malt, while “Raw Hazy IPA” is brewed using a Raw Ale method that does not boil the wort, and is characterized by hop-derived aromas and bitterness reminiscent of citrus and pine needles.

Other offerings include the Belgian-style beer “Numa no Soko” (“Bottom of the Swamp”), which uses wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, cloves, lime from Owase City, Mie Prefecture, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka City, resulting in a complex finish layered with sweetness, acidity, and spice. “Stout” is a black beer with deep richness, and “Orange Ale” is presented as a beer that highlights the distinctive aroma and acidity of orange.

By-weight pricing is set per beer at 1 g or 1 ml increments, with stout priced at ¥2.2 and the other listed beers at ¥2.5. It is a tap list that stands out for its Hayama-like local take-home style, well suited to people who want to leisurely compare flavors at home.
