Three distinct beers in one tasting set
Craft Bank’s “Chacha Ire Monday Six-Bottle Set” brings together three beers that represent different aspects of the Kyoto brewery. The set includes two bottles each of BANK IPA, F.B.I. 2026 and LAB COAT. It is priced at ¥4,200 including tax and is available in limited quantities while supplies last. Orders are shipped refrigerated.
BANK IPA
BANK IPA is Craft Bank’s core West Coast IPA. Citrus and pine-like hop aromas lead into a refreshing bitterness, while the overall palate remains balanced. It offers a firm hop profile without becoming unwieldy, making it suitable for both casual drinking and pairing with food.
F.B.I. 2026
F.B.I. 2026 is a seasonal IPA made with freshly picked hops from Yosano, Kyoto. Green, vivid hop character meets aromas reminiscent of citrus and pine. The beer highlights the fresh, lively qualities associated with newly harvested hops.
LAB COAT
LAB COAT uses kabusecha, a shaded green tea from Wazuka, Kyoto. Its light, dry profile is followed by gentle tea-like umami and a finish reminiscent of chilled tea. In contrast to the hop-led IPAs, it brings a softer and more delicate dimension to the set.
Craft Bank brews in Fukuchiyama, Kyoto, in a former bank building that had stood vacant for around 30 years before being renovated as a brewery in 2022. By combining a core IPA, a fresh-hop seasonal beer and a tea-infused grisette, this set offers a compact introduction to the brewery’s interest in local ingredients and seasonal expression.
