Tokyo Morishita's Mukuraf released its business information for March 25. The new tap for the day is Open Air Brewing's "hop viking" Hazy IPA. In the post, it is introduced as a glass that balances sweet, juicy aromas reminiscent of pineapple and coconut, a soft body, and clean, fruity fermentation-derived character.

Although the rain was getting heavier that day, the shop announced that there was still room at the counter and tables. It is just the right atmosphere for a day when you want to sit back and quietly tilt a glass. While Mukuraf keeps its core identity as a beer pub, it also has a substantial food menu, with options like steak, horse tartare, and char siu egg that suit a style of "eating well while drinking." Its appeal is that it is easy to build an evening around craft beer.

The bottle and can lineup is also substantial. Alongside West Coast Brewing, VERTERE, GOODHOPS, and Sierra Nevada, even Green Neighbors cider is on offer, with a broad range covering IPA, pilsner, sour, and Belgian styles. In addition, the day's beer lineup also includes labels from Nomcraft, Sankt Gallen, RePuBrew, Y.MARKET BREWING, and GROUNDTAP BREWING, so there is plenty of fun in deciding what to pour first.

It is a setup that satisfies both "people who want to follow new taps" and "people who want to dig through the cold storage," and it remained a place in the Morishita area that is worth watching.
