Kunisawa Beer will hold the event “KAKERU LIVE × TOWASU” at KUNISAWA BREWING in Shinbashi, Tokyo, on May 23. In its post, the company says attendees can enjoy a music live performance, kamishibai art, an art exhibition, craft beer, and a special food plate at the venue.

The shop is a brewery and brewpub located in Shinbashi 5-chome, Minato City, and its official site introduces it as a “base for art and culture from Shinbashi.” Backed by the craftsmanship it developed in the printing business, Kunisawa Beer has continued brewing as an extension of making things.

In this announcement, the number of participants has already reached 34, and due to popular demand the event has been expanded, with room for six more people. Tickets are 4,500 yen in advance and 5,000 yen at the door, both including one drink and a special food plate. Reservations at the advance price with payment on the day are also available, and solo attendees are welcome. It also says brewery tours can be booked, making it a chance to experience the brewing floor as well as just drink beer.

The event is designed for people who want to enjoy beer, art, and music all at once. In addition to the usual drink, the atmosphere of the venue, the works on display, and the energy of the live performance all seem likely to come together in a night that feels distinctly like Kunisawa Beer.
