On March 27, Mugiya Pogology in Andoji-cho, Osaka, posted an update introducing that day's "Today's Beers." Along with notice of an 6 p.m. opening, limited food, and newly tapped beers, the lineup on tap brought together popular breweries from Japan and abroad.

Among the most eye-catching picks are Oni Densetsu's Shishigami IPA, Shiga Kogen Beer's SNOW MONKEY IPA, WEST COAST BREWING's BEATSSEEKER, and FOUNDERS' KBS. From Minoh Beer come HONEY SAISON and Blooming IPA, while Brasserie Knot offers TIP and HARBOR, making for a wide range that includes IPAs, saisons, stouts, and even a nitro version.

Also on tap are Nara Brewing's CHARM and LIGHTHOUSE nitro ver., GROSS's SATURATION SIMCOE, Beppu Brewery's YOU WAKU MOSAIC, Behemoth's HAZE JUICE, and Paint Palette's Under The Moonlight. The appeal lies in being able to move across house favorites, characterful domestic brews, and imported brewery selections all in one place.

The post also introduces the weekday-only Pogojiro Set and the Tuesday-only ramen project Menjiro. Built around beer but offering food as well, it's an easy place to drop by after work. For anyone wanting to keep up with tap activity in Osaka, this is one to check out.
