BRIGHT BLUE BREWING Lists Five Seasonal Beers on Tap in Fujiyoshida
BRIGHT BLUE BREWING, a brewpub in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, has announced a five-beer tap list for the autumn season. The lineup ranges from a crisp pilsner to saison, IPA, chili-spiced, and brown ale styles, with seasonal bottles also available.
Five beers on tap for autumn
BRIGHT BLUE BREWING is currently pouring five beers at its taproom. The selection includes Ichigome Pilsner, a crisp and approachable lager; My Ale 2nd, a saison; and Pink Boots IPA, described as an American Wheat IPA.
The list also features Jalapeño Saison, which brings chili pepper character to a saison base, and Spice Ale, a spice brown ale with a malt-forward profile. Together, the lineup offers a broad range of experiences, from refreshing and easy-drinking to spicy, yeast-driven, and richly malty.
Seasonal bottles available
The bottle selection includes Ichigome Pilsner and Pink Boots IPA, along with Orechi’s Fresh Hop Beer 2026 Kaikogane and Fuji no Mori Weizen. The former is presented as a fresh hop beer made to highlight the character of freshly harvested hops, while the latter is a spice weizen.
Bottles are available for purchase at the brewery, with nationwide shipping also offered. The beers have additionally been selected as gifts through Fujiyoshida’s hometown tax program.
The taproom is open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during extended weekends from 10:00 to 17:00. Located in Fujiyoshida, BRIGHT BLUE BREWING offers a chance to enjoy its beers at the source and take home bottles that capture the brewery’s seasonal approach.
