BRIGHT BLUE BREWING Unveils Five-Beer Autumn Tap List
BRIGHT BLUE BREWING, a brewpub in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, has announced an autumn lineup of five beers on tap, ranging from a crisp pilsner and wheat beer to jalapeño and spice-driven selections.
Five beers for an autumn visit
BRIGHT BLUE BREWING’s current tap list features five beers. The lineup includes Ichigome Pilsner, a crisp and refreshing pilsner; Fuji no Mori Weizen, a spice-forward wheat beer; and Pink Boots IPA, an American Wheat IPA combining a soft wheat character with hop aroma.
For drinkers looking for something more distinctive, Jalapeño Saison brings chili pepper character to a saison-inspired beer, while Spice Ale offers a brown ale profile accented by spices.
The bottle selection includes Ichigome Pilsner, Pink Boots IPA, and Fuji no Mori Weizen, as well as Orecchi no Fresh Hop 2026 Kaikogane. The latter is a fresh hop beer that highlights the character of locally grown Japanese hops and makes a particularly interesting choice for take-home drinking or comparison tasting.
Pair it with a local festival
Fujiyoshida’s Hataori-machi Festival takes place on October 17 and 18. The space in front of BRIGHT BLUE BREWING will be used as a market venue, making the brewpub a natural stop during a day exploring the festival and the surrounding neighborhood.
Visitors are advised to expect crowds and limited parking. The taproom is open on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays during long weekends from 10:00 to 17:00. Since availability may change, checking the brewery’s official updates before visiting is recommended.
