ÉBIR Brew Studio in Higashinada Ward, Kobe, Hyogo, is announcing a reservation-only bottle share event featuring craft beers brought back from a Nordic brewing research trip.

The beers were mainly collected in Estonia and Denmark, along with bottles from breweries visited during the trip. Each session will offer a tasting lineup selected by the owner-brewer, making the event a way to share the brewery's travel experience with local drinkers in Kobe.

Event Details

- Fee: 2,500 yen per person
- Capacity: 3 to 6 guests per session
- Minimum: The session will run with at least 3 participants
- Reservations: DM, email, or in-store
- Email: info@ebirbrew.com
- Bonus: Popcorn included

The booking slots are June 12 at 7:00 p.m., June 13 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., June 14 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and June 15 at 7:00 p.m. Guests may join multiple sessions, and each round will feature different beers. The number of bottles changes depending on attendance, but the total amount per person stays the same.

Bottle share events are especially appealing because they allow small groups to compare rare beers in a focused setting. Rather than a large-scale gathering, this format keeps the experience intimate and gives participants time to appreciate the differences between styles, origins, and flavor profiles.

For ÉBIR Brew Studio, which works with both brewing and on-site beer service in Kobe, the event also serves as a bridge between international beer culture and the local community. For craft beer fans, it is a practical and interesting way to follow up on what the brewery discovered abroad.
