A new beer brewed in Kobe

Enibru, a beer pub in Nakamozu, Sakai City, Osaka, brewed an original beer at Paint Palette Brewing in Kobe. On its official website, Enibru describes itself as a place for craft beer and food that offers a special, out-of-the-ordinary time, and this project fits that approach well.

The brew day started early, with four staff members heading to the brewery and helping with the process on site. While working alongside owner-brewer Mr. Togami, the team watched the beer take shape step by step. For the shop, it was more than just a beer release; it was also a chance to get closer to the brewing process itself.

Built around a West Coast IPA

The beer was developed from customer requests and the staff's own ideas, making it a true "made by everyone" project. The style chosen for the base was a West Coast IPA. Its name is "Many Hands ‘ One Coast". The post makes it clear that multiple people were involved from concept to brew day, which gives the beer a distinctly Enibru character.

According to the post, fermentation is already progressing well. The beer is set to debut at Enibru's 19th anniversary celebration on July 11 and 12. For regulars in Nakamozu and craft beer fans looking for something with a clear story behind it, this is a release worth watching. It will be interesting to see how the finished beer presents itself when it finally reaches the glass.
