The latest post from Craft Beer Market Mitsukoshimae revealed the brewing status for the 12th anniversary event. According to the post, this year’s anniversary beers will come in two varieties, with the team split into two groups for brewing. The Chichibu side of the brew was handled by two staff members, who worked with a traditional copper kettle to make the beer.

As part of the event announcement, the store said the “CBM Mitsukoshimae 12th Anniversary” will be held on Sunday, March 22. Chichibu Beer and Blue Magic were also named as the breweries providing the anniversary beers, and the store said more details would be shared gradually going forward.

The same post also included daily business information, adding not only a “new taps” announcement but also featured menu recommendations. The lineup includes seasonal Japanese dishes such as seared kinmedai sashimi, tai sashimi blanched in hot water, katsuo tataki, blanched nanohana, grilled broad beans, and hotaruika tempura. For visitors who want to pair beer with Japanese food, checking the day’s lineup looks especially worthwhile.

The store is located on the first floor of COREDO Muromachi 3 and is easily accessible via direct connection from Mitsukoshimae Station. Official store information also highlights Mitsukoshimae as a location with a strong lineup of domestic craft beers centered on Japanese cuisine, promoting pairings between regional ingredients, local dishes, and craft beer. On the anniversary day, it looks set to be a chance to experience the store’s character even more vividly.
