CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka, has published its July 27 draft-beer lineup. The beer pub is known for its 16 taps and house-smoked food, and this day’s selection again spans fruit beer, IPA, and darker styles.

Fresh Taps

The highlight is Nichinan Lemon Freshly Squeezed Session Hazy IPA from Miyazaki Hideji Beer. It uses Nichinan Meyer lemons, including both peel and juice, so the beer is described as delivering fresh-squeezed citrus character, bright peel aroma, and lemon acidity. The body stays light while still keeping a juicy finish, making it a strong warm-weather option.

The other new tap is This Is The Way from Long Beach Beer Lab. It is double dry-hopped with Mosaic and Krush, and the brewery describes it as a juicy, bold IPA with a forceful hop profile. It is the kind of beer that will appeal to drinkers who want clear hop presence.

Recommended Beers

The recommended section includes Brown Ale from Isekadoya Beer, Nomclassic Porter from Nomcraft, and Coffee IPA from Minoh Beer x Takamura. The Brown Ale is built on caramel and chocolate malt notes, layered with citrus aroma from Citra and Amarillo. Nomclassic Porter is an English porter with a lighter body than stout. Coffee IPA is a collaboration beer that combines coffee character with hop aroma.

Today's Draft Beer

The regular lineup also includes Yebisu / Sapporo Beer, Haikara Pils / Minoh Beer, Hoegaarden White / Hoegaarden, Kinoni Pale Ale Strata Ver / Onidensetsu Beer, Hop Field of the Galaxy / Good Hops, Lime Session / Shonan Beer, Honkado IPA / Isekadoya Beer, and Nomclassic Porter / Nomcraft. The range covers lager, white beer, pale ale, fruit, IPA, and black beer, giving guests plenty of room to choose by mood.

With that spread, Hathor works well both for a quick single pint and for a longer tasting session. The lineup moves from bright lemon-driven freshness to roasted depth, showing why the bar remains an easy stop for beer-focused drinkers in the area.
