FLORA FERMENTATION and Miura Brewery Go on Tap at NEIGHBOR in Nogata

The highlight is the new beer lineup introduced as two new taps. One is FLORA FERMENTATION Constancia / Mexican Amber Lager (5%). It is described as having honey-like and floral notes, richness from caramel malt, and a gentle sweetness derived from corn. The other is Miura Brewery MIURA Coast IPA / IPA (6%), which is characterized by a citrus-like hop aroma and firm bitterness. It was also labeled as a Japan Great Beer Awards 2025 Gold Award winner.

On the food side, the menu includes charcoal-grilled lettuce Caesar salad, sirloin steak, roasted new onions with mozzarella, jerk chicken rice, rare-grilled tuna, and peperoncino with squid and salted mullet roe. The weekly burger is the Maple Quattro Cheese Burger. The setup is designed so guests can enjoy the pairing of grilled dishes and draft beer exactly as it is.
