Takeout lineup
Hayama-based 15brewery posted its tap list for August 26. The taproom is closed for standing service, and beer is sold only for takeout. Customers can refill sealed bottles, and carbonated PET bottles or screw-cap glass bottles are accepted.
Five beers on tap
- `Numa no Soko`: a Belgian-style beer with lots of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase, and honey from Yokosuka's Hachigoya.
- `Stout`: a black beer with deep malt richness and a very dark appearance.
- `Raw Red Ale`: brewed with the unboiled Raw Ale method for a heavier, malt-forward character.
- `Doganba Ale (Summer Mandarin Ale)`: a fruit beer made with Hayama Royal Fruit summer mandarin, with Mitsumugi baguette from Miura Bakery used in part of the recipe.
- `Raw Hazy IPA`: a Raw Ale-method IPA with hop-driven citrus and pine notes and moderate bitterness.
