New taps on June 23

Osaka beer pub `torne_craftbeer` announced two new beers in its June 23 post. The bar opens at 5:00 p.m. and will be closed on June 24. Located in Arc City Tenroku TEN ROCK 102 in the Sugae district of Kita Ward, the place has the kind of late-night atmosphere where beer and music naturally go together.

The featured beers are `Gold Label` and `Earl Grey Bitter nitro ver.`. `Gold Label`, a collaboration between `Chuckanut Brewery + Yokohama Bay Brewing`, is a Czech-style pilsner with a medium body, bready malt character, spicy Saaz hop notes, and a crisp finish. `Earl Grey Bitter nitro ver.` from `Minoh Beer` is a UK-style bitter brewed with Earl Grey tea leaves, bringing soft malt depth, gentle bitterness, and a bright bergamot aroma.

Tap lineup

The post also lists `Jazz nitro ver.` from `Wu-Chaw-Teng Brew`, `Niwaka Lager` and `Lemon Ale` from `Fukuoka Craft Brewing`, `Bird Wave #3` from `Inkhorn Brewing`, `Sea & Tomato Mexican Ale` from `Fukuoka Craft`, `Extra Lush` from `Fremont Brewing`, `Tomodachi Saison` from `Himitsu Beer x Kemupa x torne`, `El Clásico` from `Craft Bank Brewing`, and `Earl Grey Tea Infused Lambic` from `Oud Beersel`.

That makes for an especially interesting comparison: the Earl Grey notes appear in both the bitter and the lambic, while the rest of the board covers lager, bitter, saison, and sour styles. It is a strong snapshot of a pub that keeps the taps moving while staying focused on variety.
