ITAMI BEER is Konishi's craft-beer line rooted in Itami's long brewing heritage. The brewery says the series was developed by combining Belgian beer techniques with Japanese sake-making know-how, aiming for a beer with a lingering finish rather than a simple drink-and-forget profile.
