The beer pub Nomimono-ya in Busshozan-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, has shared new arrival information for FLORA FERMENTATION on Instagram. This time, the lineup spans four beers, from a porter made in collaboration with Kyoto's KYOTO NUDE BREWERY to a pale ale and West Coast IPA that highlight hop character, and even a dunkel made with cascara.

The lineup is as follows.

- Tayu / Porter w/ Soba / 6.0% IBU 31
- A beer that layers the richness of roasted malt with the savory aroma of roasted buckwheat. Its dark color suggests a gentle toastiness and a full-bodied mouthfeel.
- Lupus -Strata- / Pale Ale / 5.5% IBU 37
- A single-hop pale ale with Strata as the star. It is presented as having berry and tropical notes.
- Raven / West Coast IPA / 7.5% IBU 41
- A West Coast IPA that uses C-hops generously, evoking grapefruit and pine. The balance of firm bitterness and brisk drinkability is the highlight.
- Cascara / Dunkel w/ Coffee Cherry / 5.0% IBU 24
- A dunkel made with cascara derived from coffee cherries. It is described with notes reminiscent of black tea, coffee, and sweet-tart cherries.

Planned serving times are April 25, 14:00-18:00; April 26, 14:00-18:00; and April 30, 17:00-20:00.
