15brewery in Horiuchi, Hayama, Kanagawa, is currently running as a takeaway-only brewery. Standing service is paused, and beer is sold by weight into sealed containers brought by customers. Plastic soft-drink bottles and screw-cap glass bottles are accepted, while bottled beer is out of stock.

For Sunday, August 2, the tap list spans five different styles.

- 沼の底: a Belgian-style beer brewed with plenty of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, plus lime from Owase in Mie and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. It is designed to be layered, spicy, and aromatic.
- スタウト: a black beer with deep body and a dark appearance.
- Rawレッドエール: a red ale brewed with a raw ale method that skips wort boiling, emphasizing a heavier, malt-forward profile.
- 土壇場エール(夏みかんエール): a fruit beer made with Hayama’s Royal Fruits summer mandarins. It is described as clean and refreshing, and also uses baguette from Miura Panya Mitsumugi.
- Raw Hazy IPA: another raw ale, built around hop-driven citrus and pine notes with a light bitterness. It also uses baguette from Miura Panya Mitsumugi.

The lineup leans heavily on local ingredients and fits a brewery that reflects its Hayama setting. For beer fans, it is the kind of list that invites slow comparison at home, one style at a time.
