PEPOWN in Chigasaki’s Kyoei neighborhood will host a Tyson Pizza pop-up chef event on Wednesday, July 15, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The featured items are a seasonal pizza with Yamanashi peaches, grapefruit, and cheese, plus a single-serving "4in1" option. Service starts at 5:00 p.m., and takeout will also be available.

For beer drinkers, the post lays out three specific pairings. "Lucille" from Georgetown Brewing Company is an American IPA at 7% ABV, described as a match for the citrus character and crisp finish against the heat of karashi takana sausage. "White Picket Fence" from Bellwoods Brewery is a 6% blended foeder saison, suggested alongside the acidity of the peach-and-grapefruit pizza and its grape-like acidity. "Soul Shine" from GAiRO Brewing is a 5.5% hoppy saison, paired with shirasu and anchovy through its bitterness and pear-like aroma.

PEPOWN’s beer-focused approach makes this kind of event feel natural. In addition to the seasonal pizza, Tyson Pizza will also offer staple items such as karashi takana sausage, shirasu cheese, Margherita, and anchovy olives. The lineup gives visitors a straightforward way to move between food and beer pairings, whether they come for dinner or for a curated drink-and-bite session.
