Beer Pub Neko to Azarashi (Mitaka, Tokyo) will be open on Sunday, April 26, from 15:00 to 22:00, and is announcing a new tap: Ushitora Brewery's "Ushitora Mandaina" West Coast Style IPA (6.5%). On a day when a marche is held on Chuo-dori, this tucked-away spot on a back alley feels like the kind of place where you can relax with a beer.

The taps for the day range widely across fruit beers, lager, pale ale, weizen, gose, and altbier, making it easy to choose something that suits your taste. Anchored by the new West Coast IPA, the lineup covers everything from a light, easy-drinking pint to something with more depth. The shop says the evening will be chilly, and warm dishes to pair with the beer will also be available. Hormone stew, chili beans, and an omelet quiche-style with rapeseed blossoms and salmon are among the dishes that become increasingly appealing as you keep drinking.

The 10-tap list is below.

- Hideji Beer / Kyushu Craft Kinkan Fruit Ale
- Locobeer / Bourbon Barrel Aged Heihachiro Bourbon Barrel Aged Baltic Porter
- KIX BEER / Hassaku Ale Fruit Ale
- Ushitora Brewery / Ushitora Mandaina IPA (New!)
- Plank Brewery / Pilsar German Pilsner
- Sankt Gallen / Shonan Gold Fruit Ale
- Yokohama Beer / Pale Ale Pale Ale
- Fujizakura Heights / Weizen Weizen
- Minamiaizu Mountain Brewing / Aizu Shioyama Suppe Gose w/Yamajio
- Yokohama Beer / Altbier Alt Bier

Note that the shop will be closed on April 27, the following day. It is just the right setup for rounding out the weekend with a side-by-side tasting in Mitaka.
