KARAKURI -Craft Beer & Oden & Sake-, located underground in Kanda Kajicho, is a beer pub that serves craft beer along with oden, sake, and natural wine. It also has an attached bottle shop, and supports takeout in cans and bottles, making it a place with a wide range of ways to enjoy a drink.

In that day's post, two guest beers were announced as part of the BEER TAP opening.

- Airflow / karuizawaQ (Nagano)
A Session IPA brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade, and Citra. Citrus-like aromas are layered with a tropical impression and a subtle pine note, resulting in a light, easy-drinking finish.
- Raven / Flora Fermentation (Shiga)
A West Coast IPA that makes full use of C-hop varieties. Grapefruit-like aromas, piney nuances, and a clean bitterness are its defining traits, while the crisp body makes it easy to keep drinking.

Also on the sake menu were Suiryu Junmai Ginjo So-Kara Hikka from Kubomoto Shuzo and Shuhou Junmai Daiginjo Choukarakuchi <AWESOME KARAKUCHI EDITION> from Shuhou Shuzo, creating a lineup that invites side-by-side tasting with beer as well. Paired with dishes centered on oden, it seems like the kind of place where you can move between the sharp contours of hops and the gentle softness of dashi.
