Iwami Bakushu will serve craft beer at “Sitar and Night Bazaar,” taking place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Bakukaya Gallery in Hashi, Gotsu, Shimane. The venue is located on the second floor of CURRY & BEER Sanshouo, creating a setting where music, food, craft beer, and handmade goods come together.

The daytime program begins at 11:00. Guests can enjoy lunch from Sanshouo alongside handmade goods selected by HINUITO, a shop featuring items discovered during travels around the world. Admission to the daytime program is free.

From 18:00, the evening program will feature sitar player Megumi Matsuzaki and handpan player Takanori Santo. Performances are scheduled for 19:00–19:30 and 20:00–20:30. The participation fee is 2,000 yen, including the music charge and a spice-food plate. Guests are also required to order one drink separately.

The drinks will include craft beer from Iwami Bakushu, whose brewery is located at the Funo Kuni hot-spring resort in Sakurae, Gotsu. The event announcement does not identify individual beer names or styles, but it offers an opportunity to pair Iwami Bakushu’s beers with richly aromatic spice cuisine. The brewery’s original ginger ale will also be available.

Iwami Bakushu operates as a brewpub in a relaxed hot-spring resort setting. For this event, its beer will be enjoyed in a gallery atmosphere shaped by the evocative sound of the sitar, the resonant tones of the handpan, and the lively feel of an Asian night bazaar. Advance reservations are required for the evening program through Sanshouo’s official LINE account or Instagram direct messages.
