At 15brewery in Horiuchi, Hayama Town, Kanagawa, the tap list for July 20 was updated with five beers for takeaway sales. Dine-in is currently suspended, and the brewery is selling beer by weight in sealed containers brought by customers. Carbonated PET bottles and screw-cap glass bottles are also accepted, while bottled beer is out of stock.

The lineup features "Numa no Soko" as a Belgian-style beer, "Stout" as a black beer, "Raw Red Ale" as a Raw Ale, "Doutanba Ale (Natsumikan Ale)" as a fruit beer, and "Raw Hazy IPA" as an IPA.

"Numa no Soko" uses plenty of wheat malt along with orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is described as slightly sweet and tart, with a complex, spicy aroma.

"Stout" is built around deep richness and a dark profile. "Raw Red Ale" follows a Raw Ale method without boiling the wort, emphasizing the malt's dense, full flavor.

"Doutanba Ale (Natsumikan Ale)" uses Hayama's royal fruit, natsumikan, for a refreshing finish. "Raw Hazy IPA" adds citrus and pine notes from hops, plus a moderate bitterness, on top of the Raw Ale base.

This is a small Hayama brewery focused on takeaway sales, with a compact but distinctive lineup that suits the height of summer.
