June 26 lineup

15brewery, a takeout-only brewery in Horiuchi, Hayama Town, Kanagawa, announced its beer list for June 26. The shop is open from 14:00 to 19:00, and on-site draft drinking is currently suspended. Customers can bring carbonated PET bottles or glass bottles with screw caps and have beer filled by weight.

The Belgian-style beer for the day is "Numa no Soko." According to the post, it uses plenty of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, and clove, along with lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is described as a beer with sweetness, acidity, and layered spice. The dark beer is a stout, presented as rich and deeply roasted, with an almost black appearance.

The rest of the lineup includes "Raw Red Ale," brewed with an unboiled Raw Ale method; "Todanba Ale (summer mikan ale)," made with Hayama's royal fruit, summer mikan; and "Raw Hazy IPA," with hop-driven citrus and pine notes and moderate bitterness. The post also notes that some ingredients include baguette from Miura Panya Mitsumugi, showing a local approach to recipe building.

Because 15brewery operates as a takeaway-focused brewery, the appeal is less about drinking on-site and more about taking home a set of beers that reflect Hayama's local mood and ingredients. The post's seasonal framing gives the lineup a calm, place-specific character rather than a loud promotional tone.
