March 26 tap update at Hayama's 15brewery, with Numa no Soko and Raw Hazy IPA available for fill-to-go
15brewery in Hayama Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, has announced its offerings for March 26. Five beers are currently on tap. The taproom is closed for standing service right now, and sales are limited to fill-to-go into your own sealed containers, but you can still enjoy the brewery's distinctive lineup as takeout.
Hayama's Horiiuchi-based 15brewery posted its latest tap information on Instagram. The post title is "<Just leave it alone>". Hours for the day are 14:00-19:00, and the sales format is fill-to-go only. Standing service is currently suspended, and customers are being guided to bring a sealable bottle and buy beer in that style.
The five beers currently connected are:
- Numa no Soko (Belgian style)
- Stout
- Orange Ale
- Wheat Land
- Raw Hazy IPA
Particularly notable are Wheat Land and Raw Hazy IPA, both of which are explicitly said to use baguettes from Miura bakery "Jumugi" as part of the ingredients. Wheat Land is described as having a light, easy-drinking character with a high proportion of wheat malt, while Raw Hazy IPA is explained as having citrus and pine-like aromas and bitterness through a Raw Ale process that does not boil the wort. In addition, Numa no Soko is introduced as featuring a complex spiciness made with orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, cloves, lime, honey, and more, highlighting the brewery's experimental spirit and strong sense of place.
Located near the Morito Coast area, 15brewery continues to deliver a wide range of house-brewed flavors to go while staying rooted in the local community. Even if the in-store experience is compact, the variety on tap is broad, making this an update craft beer fans who want to enrich their at-home drinking should not miss.
