From `vivo! BEER+DININGBAR`(http://www.vivo-beer.com), a craft beer specialty shop quietly standing on Ikebukuro Sunshine Street, comes news of a new tap rotation. In a post on April 9, `karuizawa Q`’s “Kaze Tooshi” was newly tapped. The bar describes it as a breezy, light session IPA.

`karuizawa Q` is a brewery known for making beers with strong character. This “Kaze Tooshi,” true to its name, seems like one that will drink lightly without leaning too heavily toward heft. It is the kind of guest beer that makes you want to try it in the glass first, without overexplaining the details.

The venue is a beer pub at Nanafuku Building B1, 1-20-5 Higashi-Ikebukuro, in Tokyo’s Ikebukuro East Exit area, and its official site describes it as a beer specialty shop serving 20 draft beers. Because the lineup changes from day to day, one appeal is that you can encounter different beers every time you visit. In this post, it also teases that from April 22 to 26, two original beers for the 16th anniversary will be tapped, commemorative stickers will be handed out, and a gathering of rare beers from breweries they work closely with is also planned, so there should be especially a lot happening around the anniversary.

When you want to drink craft beer properly in Ikebukuro, this is one place to put on your list first.
