Service Information

BEER OTAKU SPICE (1-8-5 Taito, Taito Ward, Tokyo) is open today for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. LO and for evening service from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. LO. As a beer pub, its appeal is that you can enjoy food and craft beer at the same time.

Today's Food

Lunch is chicken biryani and tuna biryani. Built around spices, the menu lets you choose between meat and seafood. Because biryani is a dish where the aroma and layers of spices come through clearly, there is enjoyment in pairing it with beers with strong hop character or labels with rich aromatic depth.

The Beer on Tap

The guest beer of the day is Uchu Brewing's "Uchu BREAK1." In the post, it is introduced as a Fancy hazy TIPA using Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Rakau. With a composition that brings citrus and tropical aromas, plus nuances reminiscent of white grapes, it should make for a clear impression when drunk alongside spicy dishes.

Store Highlights

BEER OTAKU SPICE is, as its name suggests, a place where the perspective of a "beer lover" comes through, and its strength is that food and beer can naturally share the same table. Since it can be used for lunch biryani by day and craft beer by night, it is easy to drop by not only for a meal nearby but also for the guest beer.

Today's announcement is content worth checking for anyone who wants to pair spicy dishes with strongly distinctive IPA-style beers.
