Nara Brewing's Charm on guest tap

BEER OTAKU SPICE, a beer pub in Taito, Tokyo, has introduced Nara Brewing's "Charm" as a guest beer. In the post, the shop notes its lunch hours as 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. last order, and dinner hours as 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. last order, making it an easy stop from midday through late evening.

Charm is a Hazy IPA brewed with Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Magnum. The post describes it as offering a tropical impression with a soft grainy depth. Rather than chasing extreme intensity, the beer is presented as a well-rounded example of the style, and the shop says it chose the beer because Nara Brewing's hazy releases are relatively uncommon.

BEER OTAKU SPICE pairs craft beer with spice-driven dishes such as biryani and mazesoba. The post also says today's biryani is chicken, which makes the pairing with a hazy IPA especially easy to picture. For beer drinkers who like aromatic beers with food, it looks like a flexible spot for both lunch and night-time drinking.
