NEIGHBOR, a beer pub in Nogata, Tokyo, has released its tap list for June 24. The headline beer is VANADINITE, a second-round collaboration brewed by esperanza in Fukuoka, NEIGHBOR in Tokyo, and PARLOR OKUMURA. It is a Mexican light lager made with Bighand bros., and the brewery describes it as a beer with gentle sweetness from corn and wheat, plus a dry finish that works well with food.

Today’s on Tap

- Bighand bros.×NEIGHBOR: VANADINITE / Mexican Light Lager (4.5%)
- Gangi Brewing: GO BARE / DH Saison w/Lemon baum (4.5%)
- fete Mishima Brewery: Nishiura Soleil 6 / Citrus Saison (5%)
- GROUNDTAP BREWERY: SUGOSUGI / Table Saison with Cedar (3.5%)
- Gangi Brewing: MORE GRIND / Golden Stout (5%)
- Kyoto Brewing: Hitotsubu Manbai / Saison (6%)
- Shiga Kogen Beer: Kind of Gold / Hazy IPA (8%)
- Hop Kotan Brewing: Inakana RYE / Imperial Rye Stout (9%)

The selection moves from bright, easygoing saisons to a fuller hazy IPA and a slow-sipping rye stout, giving drinkers several ways to build a tasting flow across the board.

Food-wise, NEIGHBOR is pairing the beers with dishes such as charred young corn, salmon biryani, scallop and summer mandarin carpaccio, chili con carne nachos, and tuna cream pasta with yuzu kosho. The team also spent the day harvesting basil and mint, which are expected to appear in food and drinks at both JAM and NEIGHBOR.

For beer fans around Nogata, it looks like a tap list designed for lingering over both the lineup and the menu.
