It opens at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, and at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th. Saturday service runs until midnight, while Sunday service ends at 11:00 p.m. Last entry is 90 minutes before closing and last orders are one hour before closing.
The September 11 draft lineup includes Aomori Ale and Tohoku 6 Hop Hazy from BEE EASY; Ancient Rice Amber and Namahage IPA from Akita Akura; Momo no Lager from Fukushima Road Brewery; The Parkside from GAME BREW; Tomodachi, a collaboration between Burnt Mill Brewery and Northern Monk; JREAM Yuzu Strawberry Raspberry from Brewery Oak; and All Citra Everything from Other Half Brewing. The selection ranges from regional ales and lagers to fruit sour beer and hop-forward IPA.
