Ebisu TBE Brewing Updates 10 Taps on 3/16 and Teases 6 More Next
The Ebisu beer pub TBE Brewing has published its keg lineup for March 16. Centered on domestic breweries, it also includes Italy's CRAK Brewery, making for a broad selection. From IPA to saison to imperial stout, it's a tap list worth comparing.
3/16 tap list includes 10 beers from Japan and abroad
TBE Brewing's latest post announced 10 kegs in the lineup as of 3/16. In addition to Tokyo, Kanagawa, Miyazaki, Iwate, Wakayama, Tochigi, Miyagi, and Nagano, it also includes one keg from Veneto, Italy, creating a lineup that crosses local and overseas breweries.
The lineup spans a wide ABV range, from the light "Summer Mandarin Saison" (4.0%) to the fuller-bodied "Sono Juu No.10 IPA" (7.5%) and "Imperial Stout" (8.5%). The post also notes that "Forest Quiet Pale Ale" and "Imperial Stout" are running low, so if you're after them, it's probably best to visit soon.
Six next-tap candidates also announced
It also previews six beers as NEXT TAP BEER. From Minoh Beer "Honey Saison," Kunitachi Brewery "Gakugeidaimae," and Iwate Kura Beer "Ko Beer," there's plenty to look forward to for the next pint. In particular, the hop-forward "Dank You Very Match" and the 6.5% range "Hordus 6" are ones to watch for how they'll rotate in alongside the current IPA lineup.
