Sekimachi Cellar in Sekimachi Higashi, Nerima, Tokyo, is a beer pub and liquor store with a standing counter on the first floor and Sekimachi Terrace on the second. Its official site describes a standing-bar style where customers can enjoy craft beer on tap, along with drinks and snacks purchased in the store, right on the spot.

In this June event guide, the first thing to start is extended hours every Friday from 6/5. Beginning with 'Ruu Night' on 6/5, the lineup continues with 'koco TACOS' on 6/12, 'Izakaya Fukuda' on 6/19, and 'Akane Night' on 6/26, creating a string of food- and people-centered nights. Combined with terrace service, it shows a way to use the shop that goes beyond simply buying and drinking.

The highlight for beer fans is the Far Yeast Brewing × Sekimachi Cellar collaboration beer 'Muscat White.' Following last year's 'Peach White,' this seasonal collaboration is being offered as a limited run of 10 kegs. In addition, GRANDLINE Brewing's Half TTO is scheduled for 6/12, an interactive Far Yeast Brewing event for 6/13, and Asahi Beer TTO from 6/26, making the latter half of June especially busy around the taps.

Also, a stamp rally will run from 6/6 to 6/28. If you drink and shop to collect stamps, you can receive limited original collaboration cans, towels, and stickers. Soccer World Cup viewing events by reservation are also announced for 6/15, 6/21, and 6/26, turning the month into one for enjoying the events themselves as well as the beer.

Sekimachi Cellar is a shop where the casual feel of a liquor store along Ome Kaido meets the fun of standing drinking. It also offers terrace service from noon on weekdays, making it versatile enough for anything from lunch drinks to an after-work pint. June looks like the perfect time to follow the collaboration beer, brewery events, and food events all in one go.
