The basement-level brewpub "T.S.Brewery・Yakitori Sakegura Yoi Tori" in Tokushima Station’s Clement Plaza has highlighted a tasting set of five house-made craft beers.

The lineup consists of `Pale Ale`, `Sudachi Honey`, `Stout`, `Seasonal Special ①`, and `Seasonal Special ②`. By combining three standard beers with two seasonal releases, the shop gives visitors a compact way to explore its in-house brewing style.

What makes the place especially appealing is its food pairing focus. The post recommends the beers alongside Awaodori chicken yakitori, served either with salt or sauce, and also introduces fish and chips made with local Tokushima fish and a beer-based batter. That means the flight is not just about sampling beer, but about trying it together with dishes built for the tap list.

Among the beers, `Pale Ale` is presented as a classic style that makes hop aroma easy to appreciate, while `Stout` brings a roasted, dark-beer character. With `Sudachi Honey` and the two `Seasonal Special` beers rounding out the set, the flight offers both familiar styles and limited-time variations.

The basement location inside Tokushima Station also makes it easy to drop in. It is a practical stop for lunch, a casual beer break, or an after-work pint, especially for drinkers looking to taste local craft beer without leaving the station area.
