Five House Beers Beneath Tokushima Station
T.S.Brewery・Yakitori Sakegura Yoidori in Tokushima City is featuring a five-beer tasting set built around its house-brewed craft beers. The shop is located in the basement of Tokushima Station Clement Plaza, so it is easy to reach between trains or as a casual stop in the city center.
The set includes `Pale Ale`, `Sudachi Honey`, `Stout`, `Seasonal Special ①`, and `Seasonal Special ②`. The brewery operates tanks behind the seating area, and the beers are described as top-fermented, unfiltered, and non-heat-treated, allowing guests to drink them on site with a fresh brewery character.
`Pale Ale` is the hop-forward option, while `Sudachi Honey` brings citrusy sudachi notes and a gentle sweetness that reflects Tokushima. `Stout` adds roasted malt depth, and the two seasonal specials round out the flight with limited-time expressions from the same brewery.
As the name suggests, the venue is also built for yakitori pairings. Moving through the set from bright, aromatic beers to richer styles makes it easy to compare flavors alongside grilled chicken. The post also notes business hours from 11:30 to 22:00, reinforcing its role as an approachable spot for lunch, drinks, or an early evening visit.
